Who handles your data

What we collect

Through the forms: your name, email and phone number, the visit and time you picked or the membership plan you chose, who the visit is for, your insurance status and your message. Nothing is collected when you simply browse.

Please don't send health information

These forms are not designed to receive health information. Please don't write diagnoses, symptoms, medications or other detailed medical information in them. Nothing you send here becomes a medical record, and this website is not a patient portal.

Why

To send you the confirmation email a real patient would receive, so you can see the whole experience.

To let BRNSG offer you a free website mockup if you run a business.

Legal basis

Your consent, given with the checkbox under each form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives it

Brevo (email delivery, European Union), Supabase (database, European Union) and Vercel (hosting, technical logs). BRNSG does not sell or share your personal information, and never uses it for advertising.

How long we keep it

30 days, then it is deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@brnsg.com. Residents of the European Union can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority. California residents have the same rights to know and delete under the CCPA.

Cookies

None. A technical session storage remembers the state of the BRNSG bar and the visit you picked, and is erased when you close the tab.
