Our story

Ray Castañeda started on Austin roofs in 1995, nailing shingles for a crew on the east side.

In 2009 he bought a used trailer, two nail guns and a cell phone, and named the company after the creek he grew up next to.

His daughter Ana joined in 2016 and now runs the office. Tomás Reyes, with us since 2014, leads the install crews.

Today we're 14 people with two crews, working out of a yard on Freidrich Lane in South Austin.

  • Ray found hail damage the first company missed and met our adjuster on the roof. New Class 4 roof in one day, and the yard was cleaner than before they came.

    Melissa R.Circle C Ranch

  • Ana sent the estimate two days after the inspection, with every line explained. The final invoice matched it to the dollar.

    Daniel K.Round Rock

  • After the May storms they were three weeks out, which was hard with a tarp on the roof. Once the crew showed up they finished in a day, and the work is excellent.

    Priya S.Cedar Park

  • Leak around the chimney that two handymen had caulked. Tomás rebuilt the flashing in an afternoon. Dry through two big storms since.

    Marcus T.Pflugerville

  • Standing-seam metal on a limestone house with a lot of angles. Three days, no surprises, and our HOA approved the color before anything was ordered.

    Linda G.Lakeway

  • Called at 10 pm with water coming through the ceiling. Someone was on the roof with a tarp by midnight.

    Kevin O.South Austin

  • Good price and clean work. The dumpster sat on the street a day longer than promised, but they called to tell us why.

    Rosa M.Kyle

  • No deposit, no pressure, and they told us our 15-year-old roof only needed a repair. We'll call them when it's time to replace it.
